I'm motivated to think about restarting a gratitude journal, good idea to come up with 5 things to counteract each bad thought. - thanks

The process of THOUGHT- FOCUS-ATTRACTION aptly illustrates the give and take conduit of how we can effectively give up negative thoughts and take in positive thoughts thus attracting a better life of gratitude, kindness and other positive emotions in a sustainable manner.
I enjoyed the podcast that I won't want to imagine not having it as an integral part of the kindness magnet.
