I the idea of your pod cast. you gave a beautiful image of being at the beach and ability to find gratitude in everyday things that came across better by listening than if I'd read it. I'm motivated to think about restarting a gratitude journal, good idea to come up with 5 things to counteract each bad thought. - thanks

Thanks, Chris. Not sure where the podcast idea will wander, but so far, I like the feel of it. My daughter reminded me last week about her gratitude journal. I had one years ago, but stopped - time to start back up again. I hope you enjoy yours!

The process of THOUGHT- FOCUS-ATTRACTION aptly illustrates the give and take conduit of how we can effectively give up negative thoughts and take in positive thoughts thus attracting a better life of gratitude, kindness and other positive emotions in a sustainable manner.

I enjoyed the podcast that I won't want to imagine not having it as an integral part of the kindness magnet.

Kind regards!

Heather, no matter if it's a podcast, or written your messages are wonderful and thought-ful!

Your podcast had me right there with you, the ocean air, the sound of the waves...

Great idea about the journal, I for one do get bothered by negativity, so this would be a good release...

I look forward to more of anything you say or write :-)

I loved your topic. For me….I would rather read. But, you did a great job with your first podcast.

Thanks for that feedback, Detta. I imagine there are others who would prefer to read, too! When I do podcasts, I can also post the written version. I'll give that a try on the next one!

So very well done, Heather! Yes, the mic is not perfect, but that's specifically why I loved it! Daring is the secret of my appreciation! It takes a great deal of character's strength! I enjoyed listening, thanks!
