I like the list of 18 kindness ideas, most of which I try to follow everyday. It did remind me though, that I need to be better at keeping up with old friends. I'll be texting some of them today! Thank you Heather.
I downloaded your wonderful list, Heather and I am going to follow through all week until I carry out each one. I will have to spin them a little. I have no grandparents -- but I know someone who IS a grandparent. I have no work colleagues now -- but I can contact an old work buddy. etc I am sorry to miss out on the donuts, though. No Krispy Cremes here... RATS!
Lots of great Kindness ideas. I like to compliment strangers, support writers, charities, volunteer, help out when possible. I do return the grocery cart to the stack when I’m finished with it.
