A Very Short Story of Kindness
Love You; You're My Best Friend; Have Fun: Don't Hit People...
“Sometimes kindness isn’t in your face. It’s more subtle. It’s Kinda Kind.”
The Kinda Kind Series is about talking. And not talking. About gestures. And expressions. And sounds. And silence. It’s about all the curious ways we communicate. And sometimes it’s about just being Kinda Kind.

A VERY SHORT STORY OF KINDNESS…
⭐⭐⭐ Click on the image above, turn up your volume and listen in as this cute little munchkin loves on her sister.
Is there anything better than starting out your day hearing someone say, ‘I love you’? 🤍🥰
Especially if they’re shouting it out into the entire neighborhood…😁
Every day this sweet little girl runs to the front door to send her sister off to school with cheerful little shout outs:
You’re Awesome!
Have Fun!
Love you!
You’re My Best Friend!
I Love You The Most!
Don’t Hit People Either! (Huh? We’re not sure where this came from…)
Why is it that little kids are so much better at this stuff than adults? I mean, do you run outside when someone is leaving and shout “I LOVE YOU!” and “YOU’RE MY BEST FRIEND!”
But you could….
Such an awesome reminder to send someone off in the morning with some loving cheer. It’s such a simple thing, really.
Who do you cheer in the morning? And just what do you say? Do you ever add, “Don’t Hit People Either?”
🐇 Lessons from the Rabbit Hole
There are so many ways to communicate. As adults we spend a lot of time teaching youngsters how to communicate and be kind. Maybe we can learn a few things from them about joyful, uninhibited kindness. It’s good for your heart, your health, and your happiness.
Let’s all give this a try this week. We can feel silly together… and maybe, just maybe brighten someone’s day (and our own day too!)🌞

YOU ARE AMAZING! (Just trying this on for size…. it feels great!)
Hi Wonderful Person… what’s cookin’?
Why do adults have trouble being outwardly, uninhibitedly joyous?
What would you want someone to yell out to you to start your day?
⭐Hi, if you’re still here (yippee), I’d like to invite you to check out my new newsletter, the After 21 Club. Don't hit people! Such great advice. I am inspired to try to get through this entire day without hitting one person. Absolutely adorable. Thank you Heather ( you are awesome, I love you..)
Watching the video of the little girl, I have no doubt that she is being brought up in a household full of love and kindness. Thank you for sharing that, Heather. You're awesome! And try not to hit people either.
